Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same business day when placed before our daily cutoff. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

• All orders ship from within the United States in discreet, secure packaging.
• Free standard shipping on research orders over $200.
• Standard and expedited (overnight) options are available at checkout.
• Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Cold-Chain & Integrity

Lyophilized peptides are stable for shipping at ambient temperature. We recommend refrigeration or freezing upon receipt per the storage guidance included with your order.

Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@beastlabspeptides.com within 7 days and we will make it right.
